Sao Feng was one of the nine Pirate Lords of the Brethren Court and one of the most feared pirates to ever roam the seven seas. He once was visited by Bilbo Baggins and his human companions Elizabeth Swann and Hector Barbossa. He was later killed aboard the Empress, where he passed the title to Elizabeth Swann while she witnessed his death.
